Civil rights organization groups try to defend rights of people, create relief during problematic times. For instance, they even work during economical crisis time to protect people’s rights. These groups and organizations advocate for civil rights. In addition to this, they try to make all people have equal opportunity and rights in both public and private sectors. Social change, reform is their main goal.

To create an effective policy item, some steps should be taken. This is not a strict rule, but leading such a way is useful. First of all problem should be identified, and then formation and making decision part come. The first outline should be evaluated to make it better. During all these processes, consultation and coordination are also important. The policies are classified according to their subject. Education, health, defense, public, social policies…

It is a guide for decisions and good results. Public policy is created with authority, government, individuals, organizations, and groups. It consists of rules but these rules are not law, so they are not compulsory. However, for public order, they are necessary. Donating for public benefit is possible via two ways: one obeying rules, the other making organizations to explain this term and to make people learn and adapt these rules.

There are many organizations working for international development, in order to work effectively they generally focus on specific fields. Some work for children, they try to provide better life conditions for them, help impoverished ones. There are also charity organizations that work with groups, charity, government, authority. They try to create a significant impact and solution. For instance, to cure, help and prevent AIDS, the organizations work with local authorities, government, charities, and medical groups.
